The home is lost,
uninvited and deep,
but he has promises to keep,
until then he shall not sleep,
he lies in bed with ducts that weep.

This piece explores a persistent local issue in Sabah—statelessness, a problem that remains unresolved. The choreographer uses dance as a language of confrontation, weaving in imagery that reflects the complexities and emotional weight of this issue. Movements explored on swaying and bouncing motion that resemble the ocean waves, emotions and energy. Through movement, the work invites reflection on a reality that continues to exist without clear solutions.
